Beth Holtzman works with small scale farmers in Vermont and the Northeast. She has been conducting sustainable agriculture outreach and education since 1992 for a variety of nonprofit organizations. Her background includes public relations and marketing. Recently, she has been working with farm businesses on start-up, business planning and marketing through the University of Vermont’s New Farmer Project and Women’s Agricultural Network. Beth is a member of the eXtension Women in Agriculture Learning Network and the Entrepreneurs and Their Communities COP. When she’s not working, Beth can often be found outdoors with her family — on skis in the winter, or hiking, biking or riding in the summer
